You don't have to drag/drop the skill - if you hotkey it and press the key, it will apply the skill to line of sight, which works fine - same with singing and oratory. (It still amazes me how some players drag and drop spells like charisma on themselves instead of simply casting them with nobody in line of sight
).
Also, stealing from players would be nice if it was restricted to plats, but a) should it be depending on the player's agility level, and b) it should be possible to get away with it without message - otherwise people will get chopped down for 5 plats...
