I personally don't think that you should be able to enchant anything over +5 or so. Anything more is just too damn high. I have trouble breaking mostly everyones AC these days, even newbs, and I'm one of the highest phys levels on the server (AND I use havoks). I can just imagine how hard it is for people who didn't waste hundreds of hours of their life leveling to break anyones AC. Noone was meant to be able to get past level 60.
