If your job is in an incomplete stage, he should be able to take it back just fine because he specifically said he has the right do a bunch of things like that before you started "working" for him. And you actually got your christmas bonus by taking advantage of a flaw in his company's system of...payment x.x
You should have read the rights you gave up when you started working for him. He owns you now.
