Well you say the strength, armour, regeneration +1 and resist cold isn't all that great. So if all that gets removed, it should be fine, right? So the bracers should only do damage +15 and everyone will be happy 8-)
Also I do know there are Dex +2 bracers out there. What does that have to do with Ogma Bracers? Dex +2 comes nowhere near in comparison to Str +2, Dam +15, resist cold +20, armour +30 and regeneration +1.
