Tried it before, it doesn't work. Either the staff don't agree, or are too busy, or some other stuff along these lines, or the masses of other people with the same problem never bother to join in. You might share an opinion with the whole other playercount, but if you're the only one voicing that opinion it isn't too powerful
Edit: Plus you get flamed and flamed and flamed for complaining, which i don't mind personally but ehh
