The handle looks off other than that the outline is fine you should work a little on the shading especially around the iron parts of the shield try more adding highlights to give it a more realistic feel. But I like the shield itself reminds me of the coffin shields of some concept art for an undead army I saw once. Maybe you could make it more shatterd lookign by putting a few flaws in the boards they look brand new instead of battle worn. Of course if thats what your going for I am guessing you are by the uneven jagged edges of the boards.
