No, it isn't possible. For a start, you ignorant dork, (And i've already stated this before) allies, enemies, and neutral people DONT EXIST TO YOUR KINGDOM DUE TO YOUR STUPID RULES.
Secondly, just walking up to someone in bomboria and killing them for no reason is -not- RPing. Nor is saying "YAARR, DIE YE SCURVY SEABASS!" before you PK them. Its like saying "I am a homophobe" and then going to an all-male nudist camp.
However, if you want to continue your idiocy and attract PKers to your kingdom then fine, go ahead, it's not my kingdom, not my fault if you make it even worse.
If only someone like Nayako became the new Governor...she tried hard to improve the reputation of her kingdom. Ziro seems to be trying hard to make CP's reputation even worse
