Show me where I said people have to be on the kingdom tag all the time while they play Graal Kingdoms. This way, I can remove that mistake.
I do say that kingdom activity is required. You do not have to be on tag all the time while you play GK in order to be active in the kingdom UNLESS you only play for a few minutes every few days. Because then, you're hardly even being active in GK. And don't get the wrong idea from this either. It works like this, if you play GK almost all the time, and have a pirate tag you never use, you're not a member. If you only log on to the game about once a week for about a short time and don't even use the tag then, you're not a member.
If you think using (( )) is annoying or tedious, don't use it. Get off tag. If you want to do this all day now, take Gozelda's advice.
I don't complain to people about using "Aye" in the wrong way. I may sometimes see someone saying something wrong IC, while trying to RP like someone might say "Arr...ye want to come help me level up me physique, matey? I need to get to level 10." when proposing to go kill monsters. I simply tell them OOC..."((That doesn't make any sense IC. It would be something like "practice yer skills...", "train with a <weapon>")". If it's a person with a very high rank, I do get mad. I wonder how the hell someone got that rank if they don't understand roleplaying.
I will try to be kinder when addressing people who are causing or definitly having problems with roleplaying.
Edit: And about the new RPing regulations, I do hope we can change things soon, but it is rather hard to roleplay with people who have a strong possibility of responding to your IC text with "lol rping is stoopid", or "<insert RP response here>" then "hey, wut level r u?". There's a reason for the saying "All or nothing". When you're in between, you're in an irrational world and things can get crazy.
And about pirates "shedding blood" as a dishonor to the kingdom...I'd MUCH prefer if pirates would PK on tag while being IC, if at all.
And about explaining the rules; I can't explain anything if someone makes a broad statement such as "I don't understand the rules." What do you want me to do? Rewrite them just for you? Maybe if I get enough complaints (and even then,it depends on the people). Explain them all in detail just for you? Hmm...maybe if you trick me by sending them to me one at a time. In other words, be specific. If you tell me you don't understand something (and you're not being specific, but just referring to a long text) I believe to be clearly written (I even check to make sure it is...), I will tell you to read it again to understand. Maybe I will ask you to be specific, but if you're the one desiring information, you should do that yourself. I'm not the one desiring to go in detail with you about everything.

If you don't want to roleplay, don't join a roleplaying group. Noone made you. By joining it and not roleplaying, you're causing problems to the group. It's like if you join a Christian group and you have hardcore atheistic beliefs.
