I try to hold my events so that strength can't win them - even if some disagree, I believe there are enough strength-related events already.
As for event coins, I don't want to see them as the sole prize of events - they're rather faceless, and I find it hard to think of some excuse for them - unlike icedaggers (breadknives) and breakfast plates (shield of frost). A healthy mixture would be what I recommend.
As for strong players... there will always be an 'elite' - it's in the nature of the thing. Strong people get stronger, if only because they can obtain diamonds faster. That'll never really change. Besides, if you play for fun and rping, strength is secondary in some ways. |
