Yes, but...
When new stuff comes out, the poor hardly get a chance to get it, whereas the rich can trade all their good items for it.
Satrek's events are basically the only ones where new players can get event weapons/items, since most of them are collecting stuff/quizes, not spar tournaments where the good players can "pwn" them all. |
