Those people who are on the list justly deserve it.
How does discussion of posting the blacklist (or not) fit in this thread? I guess it's related....

I have discussed this issue both with Zen and with other kingdom leaders privately. First, as the leader of Zormite, I am sure publicly posting the blacklist goes against Zormite RP. In a real Dictatorship a list of it's public enemies would be kept top secret. It would not be flaunted around publicly so enemies could band together to harm the state.

Secondly, I am indeed uncomfortable with it. The reasons why a name arrives on the Zormite blacklist will never be up for discussion in an open forum, so why post a list of names in one? We simply feel this is an in game, private matter for Zormite officials only.

As names are added to the list and while reasons are still fresh (and stinging) Zormite promptly notifies allied kingdoms so they will have the same useful information.

Those who need access to the blacklist for purposes of recruiting have it and receive updates as they occur too. Our method of maintaining the blacklist has worked well.

Anyone who feels they have a need to see the blacklist can submit his/her requests and reasons for needing to see it to me in game.
