You can't tell whether someone knows how to rp properly if you don't give him or her a chance. Ic and OOC refer to the general rules, and that's something you can ask. Asking 'can you rp' won't help.
On the same note, you can't teach someone to rp who doesn't want to, nor can someone learn to rp against a NPC. |
