But the evidence shows that these people are not likely to change their habits. Sure, there's always a possibility that they could rock at the job, just as there is a possibility that jazz jackrabbit will spring out of my monitor, but the point is that when one considers the three factors I posted above, it is not likely that they will do a good job.
