Right, the game is unbalanced for them

There can never be utopian balance, there will always be people who are better then others, its just fact
You're wrong. There are problems that CAN be fixed.

First, I acknowledge there is always an "inbalance" that cannot really be avoided. This balance lies in the advantage older players have than new players. The fact is simple, if I start a day before you do, and we both use the same kind/quality of computer, same internet speed/service, and we work equally hard in the same exact ways to build up our characters, I will always be better than you because I had that day. It's like a race. Even if you put a level cap on players, there is everything else that players work on such as "wealth" and items.

However, in addition to these problems you probably see in every online game, there are other unfair advantages. For example, there's the random alchemy item situation. Players were able to create these items for themselves at some time or just buy them easily. It was easy to buy them because it was a "buyer's market", they were able to be produced so players could actually look for the seller who sells for the cheapest. Now, you have to look for the person who actually has these items and will actually sell. You'll be a fool if you actually want the item at a cheap price. And this is just one little aspect in a big collection of inbalacing issues, though I believe this is enough since alchemy items make up the best items in the game...gloves...armour...helms, anyone want to add to the list? And alchemy items are not the only items which were once possible to create, had their creation disabled, but were not removed. Remember what you could create a while ago in Hotaru? I'll give you a hint, it was blue, cold, small, and yet big...and it hurts badly and fastly

And don't bother saying removal of the items would help either. You still have the impacts of them. Players are able to level up easier and faster with great items, ya know? So in addition to older players having the usual advantage of being around longer and having longer time to level up, they also had it easier than the new players did. And if you havn't noticed...your level and your income are closely related. So then, the economy is effected as well. You still think removal would help? I hope not. Do you want to reset old players only? And players who have any of these "artifacts" from the past? Maybe that would be fair? I hope not...total resetting would be better.

In addition to those, aren't there other problems? Bug abuse that went on with older players (to get exp and money)....

Edit:
You see a problem with there being RP admins to enforce roleplaying? You see a problem with GK's RPing be like Val's? I see NO problem. Graal Kingdoms is supposed to be a player role-playing game, am I right? After all, the whole world of GK is based on Kingdoms which were originally roleplaying groups. It should be expected that the game is based on roleplaying. It should be expected that instead of spending all your time leveling up and collecting items, you're actually playing along in some constantly developing story with not only wars and pointless feuds between kingdoms, but constant challenges being seen within your own kingdom such as internal affairs, rebellions, poverty, governmental corruption, crime, apathy towards international affairs, natural challenges caused by the world such as weather effecting a farmer's job, sea currents making international trade impossible etc... (as you reach the end of that list, you can see how taking away the main island would make things more interesting and better)
