Since I don't play GK but what I have observed here on how the gameplay is on GK then it is the responsiblity of the player to remain in Peaceful Mode if they do not want to be PK'ed. Harressment cannot be claimed if the player does not take steps on his/her own behalf to avoid "areas" or in this case "Battle Mode " on being PK'ed. If you are PK'ed in peaceful mode then that is different but from what I gather this is not possible so claiming harressment by being in Battle Mode instead Peaceful Mode , the fault is on the player because of improper mode they are in. If they don't understand the rules of the RP server then find out but to complain when it is clearly their own fault that this is happening will not fly.
