You can't just make up commands like that.
The commands used to change your head/sword/name in-game are different than the ones used while scripting... As mentioned before, the commands.rtf will have most of the answers for you... There are also some newer commands in the newfeatures200*.txt (* = 1~to~3). But I can assure you that the command you are looking for is in the commands.rtf...
Hint: Look at the headers in the commands.rtf of each section to narrow down your search.
