no no no you all have it wrong. fpr a lobotnmy you lay your head down in this brick and then they pull out a huge hammer and bash your legs until you are knocked out form the horrible pain. then they insert an EXTREMLEY COLD rod in through your left nosltril until they reach your brain and they pinpoint the exact right part... and then bash your head there with a huge metal stick
