You reach a required level for the class/rank your currently trainning under, i.e. Warriors required is 15. You have a choice to advance at 15, or continue to beef up your character as a lower class, so that you may have a stronger character over-all. Once you advance into the higher class, the exp you receive from enemies is cut in half, or something of the sort (you keep your current exp would be a nice touch).

Hardly. The problem is corruption in general. Would you rather roleplay, or go on a killing rampage and kill everybody with your cheap unmatched items, seemingly endless suply of prepped weapons, and unmatched godly speed? In my opinion, that person, the one with that ability, disrupts RP more then anything.

Agreed, so why not simply allow this person to help those who are currently, obviously unable to handle it on their own.. :o
