The fence-killing is mainly due to earth to dust being way to strong - cleaning every fortification from a level. It should be hanged to some projectile capable of taking down one fortification...
As for signs, the best way would be either a special right or using an existing one to give high-ranking members of kingdoms the ability to add signs of sorts. Small ones, with a short line of text, maybe... |
