First off rules are being drafted and they
will be enforced on all PWs . You never know when we are watching a PW, it is being done at random and on accounts not known to any, it is just something we are doing to improve conditions on the PWs of Graal. Ask the ones that got global banned (last Sunday) for a week on UN after being warned about their cussing in violation of the user agreement. Change will take time and you won't see drastic changes overnight, what has happened to the PWs was not created overnight nor will the solution be done overnight but rest assured we are working to resolve some of the issues as fast as we can and
change will take place.

I am sad you are leaving Graal but as time moves on most will do the same here , so good luck in life and always take care ! Life is what you make it so make it the best you possibly can..
