Yes i know lance, there are always things to learn, i have used every command in the current script engine, i even know some commands which are comming in the script engine that jagen is currently working on. There are always things for you to learn no matter how good you may be, but i have met a lot of @$$hole staff around, especially a lot of the managers from private servers, there all @$$holes who think they can do whatever they want just because they "bought" the server, when all they did was really rent it. Ive been nat/ nat admin on over 20 servers, ive always been around to help with scripting issues and so on, during these 5 years i studied scripting and ive done a lot, i know im not the best scripter around but im close .

And on the issue of @$$hole managers, on a certain server which i use to manage, i wont say wat server, the owner (well the idiot who rented the place), he was absent for like 3 months, i was loyal to him so i didnt fire him (i was manager), i turned that server from garbage to material worth actually reviewing, and just so you guys know, the manager said "man, i dont care about the rules, we need as much staff as we can get, the more the better, because if we have more playcount then our rating go up". Its sad, and sickening for a manager to say that, well he while he was gone i turned the server upside down, he finally comes back, see's the great job i did then fires me for no apparent reason, does anyone care?, NO. I was removing all problems and i was removing staff because the server goes against the global rules, i was fixing it and the staff kept crying to the owner so i was fired for doing something correct?, that is why, i am pretty much tired from graal, not because of the global staff, but because of some stupid players. Only reason i didnt quit was to make sure that the server didnt die out, but that was the last straw when i was unrightfully fired. I think that is not right at all, its like hiring people to make your house, then killing them when they are done with the work. The globals should make sure the rules are more strict and are put to effect.
