In all seriousness Matt/Vyse, let me point out your major faults here.
1) Your hiring Admin's through only a try-out. Admins should have to work up to their positions, not get them because they "show me 1337 levels that i really like".
2) OK, an Admin for each section is acceptable but Captain? just call it Asst. Admin or something or pretty soon your staff system is going to go like this (just used LAT as example)

catch my drift?
3) You and Golbez "can't do all this alone". Understandable, that's why they created staff, BUT, you want someone to do all the developing, levels, scripting, i assume graphics, and manage the staff as well. Where do you fit in to this?
