Obviously there are moderators. Has it occurred to you that they aren't only pouring over ever little dainty detail at every moment? It's called being a good samaritan, per say.
There's no sense sitting by and always waiting for a moderator to deal with things. Then again, if people could use common sense and follow very allowing rules, then this shouldn't be a problem, should it?
