If you have bothered to read the Forum rules as well you would have seen that there are proper steps for complaints and the Forum isn't one of them, plus the fact you openly "threaten the Game with a lawsuit" if you don't get your way? The cost of a International lawsuit would be huge so your threats are minuscule at best, plus as someone already stated Graal is well within their rights do make such an action. So as in life bite the bullet and move on, you are fighting a losing battle.
