I PM'd Tseng in-game... this doesnt need to be a open dispute or w/e the fux it is...
I would like to say this, I myself didnt see the warning, and likewise, the speed+1 was not on my pair or havoks I received when I turned in my bandits... I must dis-agree with the speed being a big part of those gloves, but. There isnt anything I can do... |
