Can you ban somebody for them for scamming? No. Abusing a priviledge? It's obvious that that isnt in the rules either. Breaking an admins trust? Oh no? You cant ban for any of these reasons. Stack them atop eachother, you still cant. He changed the ****ing reason of the ban in the ban window you get when logging on, which means HE's being dishonest. :/ Stay out of this.
