There are some obvious restrictions like the minimisation of profanity, obscenity etc, but I don't know of anything other than that.

If you want it to go on the main list, make it a good playerworld. If it's not good, Graal doesn't want to be represented by it.

The fact is that servers
aren't equal. Some are good, some are bad. You pay only to rent the playerworld, and for it to be accessible to other upgraded players (and there's no duplicity about this - the details are perfectly accessible to any potential renter). Graal is under no obligation to put substandard playerworlds on public display.
