I came on Babylon to check that out for myself, but my rights there have disappeared
again.
It gets annoying logging on there and finding either no rights or level 4 RC; nothing is constant, and nothing is in between these. You guys need to decide what rights you'll let me have, and
stick with it. Of course, having ~9 people with level 4 RC there would tend to account for the see-saw that is my local rights.
