The tileset configuration for your offline tileset could be messed up. This happened to me when I went on servers that had a different tileset from pics1.png. Go to your Graal directory...levels\tiledefs\tiledefsOffline.txt. Clear the entire text file and then put
picso.png,offlinetutorial,1,0,0. Save it, close Graal and then reopen and see if the problem persists.
