Maybe you should hire just the normal LATs/GATs, and then hire a chief from those selected. (You didn't say you were not going to do that but since you included them in the hiring field, I assumed.)

I think you mean the overworld layout is complete and the bulk is being added/created as we speak.
Well I decided to check the
overworld out, it looks alright graphic wise(kinda cartoonish?). But you guys limit us to one island
