/clearnpcs clears local db npcs off of a level. It doesnt take away remove weapons from a player. You might wanna try opening the server options and adding in npcrights=true, that might work.
Speaking of reset rights, i've noticed that a lot of servers added in a /reset commands to reset player attributes. I've also tried this by doing /sendtorc acct;, but for some reason, only the first time after updating the npc works and the rest just does nothing. Can someone help?
