Tired of reading through the bickering so I'm not sure if this was brought up. Anything and everything uploaded to a playerworld's FTP immediately becomes property of Graal Online. You and everyone else that uploads levels, graphics, NPCs, etc. give up any right(s) you may have had to Graal Online.

Who ever said that it was irrelevant of whether or not this person was manager or not was correct. Its property of Graal Online. The manager may have permission to control the content they created, but they have no power to authorize another server to use that content. Even if a manager doesn't want thier content used on another server such as a company server (like GK), that can be overridden by Stefan et al simply because GO owns it not the manager. However, Stefan is, to my knowledge, nice about respecting a person's choice if they don't want it online anymore.

If someone wants to use another server's content they should first get permission from the creator of that content and then make sure its ok by getting permission from someone like Stefan. Really, this is more my opinion on how similar things should be handled so its up to everyone else as to what they do. I think my idea would work because it will reduce these kinds of complaints so long as the agreements are well documented to prevent either side from lying.
