I'm the manager in the sense that Bill Gates is the manager of Microsoft. I exist, therefore I manage. I trust Kat to handle all levels issues and most incidental staff issues. I trust the GP and FAQ admins to do their jobs. If they don't, and there's proof, then I have the less than enviable job of talking to them and, when necessary, deposing them. It's a nasty enough job that I try not to get involved in anything else. |
