It rotates the graphic that is set to the npc the given degrees, you can also add setimgrotateeffect index,degrees for images displayed with show image.

that is a good idea... it would be nice if you could just do it right in the npc (like you said in the first one)...
and something like that would be nice in the
graal shop (place you make ganis).
because then you only need like 1 picture of like an axe swinging instead of like 3 (that is for an example)
