They are decent. Nothing special though. I don't even know why you mentioned they were 100% ms paint. I can't tell if people are being serious or if they are joking about that anymore. But it's not like making a pixelized cake would be very difficult with paint.
They are basically just cylinders with bad shading.
I like the last one though.
