That definition will have to match the PWA's then.
And when I say quality, I'm not meaning graphics. I'm meaning in general i.e. content. As long as the content provided by the playerworld lives upto the PWA standards its ok. Of course, going above and beyond should be the key here. Probably the biggest thing pertaining to quality is playerworld cohesion. If the playerworld is made up of a smattering of things that don't go well together obviously that's not quality.
A rule that applies to any kind of game: Just because it looks good doesn't mean its plays the same way.
