Edit: Also, there are plenty of underage PayPal users. Obviously they cannot prove how old you are over the internet. Also with PayPal if you do not have a Credit Card you can use a Debit Card. Most children should have a bank account if they have a job.

Yeah, I think you can still send cash or a cheque, though I never found where those options were...oh well. There used to be the option to pay by phone, but I don't think that option is available anymore. Also, in America, isn't there a certain age you have to be before you can apply for a job?
