It's obvious that the meaning of 'skill' here doesn't actually depend on who can use the most commands but who can use commands more
efficiently. I mean, it
does require at least some significant amount of skill to be able to use all of the commands, but it takes skill to use them
efficiently. The goal here (I believe) is to possess the ability to be able to make scripts that run as efficiently as possible without all of the naks (poor use of system resources and bad function calls, etc.) that a script could possibly bring up due to bad programming. The better you are at peforming this 'ability', then the better skill you have at it overall.

Kaimetsu's 3D sphere wasn't meant to be put up on a server. He didn't need to use serverside/clientside calls if he didn't need them.
