I hope the empire sorts this all out, I am not involved, but I will say this:
1) The NH were not part of samurai when they got their own island.
Lyndzey nor any other leader of samurai offered them space in the Samurai rank list.
I believe that makes the NH guests in Samurai, not partners, and if a hospitible solution cannot be found, it is not upon the Empire to meet the demands of the NH, but they should at least work with the Empire that is hosting them. |
