Inform people about the storyline, what the playerworld is all about, what kind of systems you are planning, what time zone is it in? Are you having classes/races/combat systems, or is it just a fun pw where people pk all day and events are held?
Get people intrested... I don't think anyone is going to apply when you say
"Hi, im hiring staff for my pw...."
