The dude lost 3 trees and I know it's not that Harmfull, but it's kinda annoying. You didn't only made a dude loose 3 trees, people died without knowing and I saw a dude that lost 57 apples and 94g that I gave him back (the money, the apples you have em). Also, you started to scam people just because you got fired by something you don't even wanna talk about. I don't think you are a bad guy or something, I acctually think you are quita good guy, kind and generous, but the ban, is starting to sound fair.
