No it doesnt. It's been player ran for years now it applies to any official servers of graal online.
Any graphics on 2k1 or Graal the Adventure and to a lesser extent GK. Now I do agree that its in poor taste and shouldn't be allowed. But it states quite clearly any graphics not any graphics to a certain point. You can't just go trying to change official rules simply because you dont like them.
