Maybe next time you should think more about how to go about getting instead of having people fix problems you run away from and make worse and decide to return after the problem is fixed. That doesn't work to well.

1) Tifa was active and she had said on numerous occasions how ot contact if anything was needed, i have had brought it up before that there should be more rights evenly spread but nothing was done on it, i was only a captain so i had to respect the choices of Valder.
If Valder has a problem with cecelia being captain he knows what to do, i left her in charge because she was first mate and if captain leave first mate comes up to fill the place
Hawkeyeman- cecelia wouldnt talk to anybody about problems she is too scared to after getting called names for doing so once.
at the time i couldnt stay because of problems at home and i didnt not say before coz i shoudnt need to justify myself to you, things are better so i came back. i will no longer discuss my return with you, maybe somebody important like valder.
