Um no, it's not true. The Cyberjoueurs website used to tell prices of their products but they removed it a long time ago...
You can supposedly buy a LICENSE for Graal, but you cannot buy Graal itself.
If I remember correctly, the license was like 25,000 dollars, not 2,500. |
