I can't tell you how frustrated I got trying to bless my wand
(erm, yeah actually, I -DID- try that...)
Yeah we need blessable wands! They'd become attuned for something then too, or get some kind of godly bonus.
And noooooo! Don't disrespect Aengus with a twig! I think it's more suiting to take the Zormite wand and color it foresty shades of green, the gem and bands I meen, and the pole would probably be a fine wood, I could probably have some fun drawing this, should do that maybe...
Hmmm... "Wand of Aengus (spell regen +1)" it's a thought, seeing how that's probably the ONLY useful thing Aengus really gives
Wand of Govannon (casts summon pet monster?)
Wand of Dianchect (who's Dian again?)
Wand of Ogma (casts gas cloud)
Wand of Luecetious (casts large lightning bolt)
Anch of Brigid (casts holy orb)
Unlimited charges of such :grin: that or just a high number of charges and it re-charges when you pray at the alter? Maybe 30-50 charge max and adds one charge every time you pray... (hey, it'd be annoying to return to the alter all the time, this at leasts gives you the ability to kill with it!)
And yeah, these would DEFINATELY hafta be sellable, I meen, if nothing else, it would give Aengus SOME worth! He's one of the worst gods out there... Sept, I'm loyal to him cause he has no offsets that hurt me. I reeeally wanna use create bomb though...
You should be able to bless those 15 plat wands into these, but it shouldn't be too eazy to, maybe make it 1/5 or 1/8 as likely as blessing a weapon? Because keep in mind that we'd hafta waist some time praying blessing NOTHING for the chance to get these, so it can't be too hard, and if it's too eazy it'd throw balence off.
Bless from wands of course to prevent people from setting a macro and walking off, if they did such, they'd get one, tops. Unless they have a very GOOD macro which keeps an eye on the item, and switches wands when it changes!
Oh, another, final note in relation to this that I won't go into much detail on: deities could probably have necklaces to give out, "Amulet of Aengus (AC+2) (luck+2)" just a thought
