Yes, a TV out on your
video card does let you view your PC screen on a TV. Too bad that's not what you said. You said a TV out CARD. Which I simply took to be a "TV card", or more commonly known as a "TV Tuner". Which would NOT allow you to view your PC screen on a TV.

Ok, that was quite stupid now that I think about it, but still, you DID say a TV tuner card, which does not let you view your PC screen on a TV. A TV Tuner does not usually have an output port, so that was stupid on my part.
