NC Rights:
For this bug to work, you need two folders starting with the same thing. For this example ill use.. 'Staff/' And 'Staff Stuff/'
rw WEAPONS/Staff/*
rw WEAPONS/Staff Stuff/*
The npc server ignores the second right and removes it from your folder rights, disabling access to the 'Staff Stuff/' folder.
This is really annoying, only way around it is to remove everyones npc control, edit server options, d/c the people with NC + restricted rights, then edit the npc. Now thats a long way to go for something so simple as to edit an npc.

Problem with that is Graal doesnt recognize spaces do it as StaffStuff not Staff Stuff. |
