all we can do currently is add members

we can not delete members... all we NEED as to be able to add, and delete members... being able to promote/demote is just extra, because if we could delete members, then we could delete them, then add them again as a new rank
still, even if the site was a simple one, where we just could add/delete members, and that was all, and the tags worked, and all that, I'd be happy
