I don't like to run more than one IM program at once... If you tie in AIM and ICQ i'll be happy to run GIM instead, MSN would be nice but personally i use it very infrequently... Try to make the interface a lot like AIM because they have a huge user base and most people are quite comfortable using it. If you offer relatively the same way of handling and make it compatible with AIM users im sure people won't mind switching over.
