Cool this command should be added to serveroptions.txt
I think there should be a command like

jailedplayerstalkto=GP, Owner, ect...
jailedplayertalktorc=True

so then you can control what guilds the jailed player can talk to.
The bottom one is if you want to allow them to talk to RC accounts (that are on rc w/o a tag)...

I think it would be a good idea (so like on Frolic they can talk to other people besides RC because not everyone gets an rc account but everyone becomes a gp onced there hired)...
